Penglai Tianri Polyurethane Co., Ltd. was established by Sun Tianri (our Board Chairman and General Manager) in 1992, with more than 400 employees, a registered capital of RMB 20 million and an annual output value of RMB 100 million. Mainly engaged in the manufacture of torque arms and bushings for heavy trucks, all products meet the internationally advanced level. We have therefore become a supplier for the main heavy truck companies in China.
With factory facilities covering an area of 23,000 square meters, we have 15,000 square meters of workshops and RMB 20 million of registered capital. With TS16949 quality system certification, our 400 employees utilize more than 80 sets of sophisticated polyurethane elastomer processing equipment and over 160 sets of machining equipment. Also we utilize a self-developed, large-scale and fully automatic production line for polyurethane casting and sulfurization, and this equipment holds a leading position in China.
Our annual production capacity of polyurethane elastomers and compounds now reaches 800 metric tons, while the yearly output of torque arms stands at 500,000 pieces. Offering standard products with more than 60 models in 10 series, we can also design and manufacture models according to customers' requirements. Meanwhile, we also produce vibration dampers and seals for use in engineering machinery, power generation, coal and petroleum industries. Furthermore, we regularly manufacture various non-standard polyurethane products as per clients' requests.
With over a decade of experience in manufacturing these products, our flexible trial production service, comprehensive organization system and quick responses ensure that we provide the most convenient service for automobile companies.
